Aditya have over 15 years of industry experience especially in HR and is an expert in the Recruitment Lifecycle. He has a spectacular track record of ramping and scaling up the headcount in given short duration. His experience with global organizations like Satyam, Intelligroup and Yash Technologies have helped him in understanding the business requirements and nuances of HR process. Post his corporate stint, his entrepreneurial journey started with VBridge Consulting, a HR and Business Consulting company which has quintupled in size & scale within 5 years of operations with an 200% growth YoY. His ability to think big, out of the box solutions and to develop, implement and execute to perfection are his key strengths.

Sudhakar is a seasoned professional with 20+ years pedigree in ‘best of breed’ Organizations spanning Manufacturing, Software Products & Services, Strategy Consulting and an MNC involved in ‘Skills Assessments & Social Transformation’ organizations. His passion is consulting involving Strategy & Leadership for enabling Business Growth.

Sudhakar is a ‘Masters in HRM and a Gold Medalist‘, ISTD ‘Certified National Trainer’, and a ‘Certified Global Business Leader’ from U21 Harvard

He has handled the entire breadth of HR and his forte is handling the RMG function, having handled the Global RMG of all the Technology units of Satyam(20000+HC) and the RM function for a Business unit in Virtusa with a revenue of $120 Million. His execution ability and people skills are his key strengths.
